These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Drobe mobile application (the "App") provided by PixelLabs ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, store, or share through the App.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Subscriptions and purchases are managed through the applicable platform store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by the applicable platform's policies.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, excluding your own user content, are owned by PixelLabs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
